Comfort and Nature Combined
helpful staff nature location themed decor working air conditioning
The staff helped dry our clothes after a day of rain. The hotel location felt quiet and close to nature. The hotel decor included wonderful themes. The air conditioning worked very well during the summer HEAT. I found the breakfast selection offered great choices. The lobby bar provided a space for relaxation.
I noticed one employee seemed unmotivated. This came across as impolite. This led us to dine elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

substandard beds awful pillows
The breakfast had a good variety. The hotel is a FEW minutes from the centre.
The beds were substandard. I found them to be the worst I have EVER slept on. Pillows were also awful, and I learned I could swap them only after asking the staff. The room I booked, described as a double, contained two twin beds pushed together with single bed covers.

The staff dried our clothes after a rainy day. the hotel is in a nature-friendly, quiet location. the air conditioning worked excellently. That was a great plus during the summer. i appreciated the hotel's themed appearance and decor.
it was in horrible condition. i wish there had been a warning about this beforehand. it would have been useful to know this before driving there.

the room had amazing woodland views and beautiful decoration. it felt spacious, something i really appreciate. the location is good, about 3 kilometers from the lake, with nice running routes nearby.
